As a corporate trainer for over 15 years, the majority of my training program attendees have been women. For the last few years I've focused on helping women in business through speaking for women's groups and associations and writing for women's publications. As part of my research I've read numerous books on topics relating to women in business and interviewed over 100 successful businesswomen.
This blog will focus on topics similiar to those I've addressed in corporate training sessions but with a focus toward helping women to navigate the workplace, both in large corporations and in small businesses.
Blog posts will contain stories and learning points, more of an article than a personal journal.
I look forward to your comments and suggestions as to topics you would like to see addressed here.
